Hatha Flow
Practiced in a regular temperature room, the Hatha Flow Classes focus on using breath as a tool. By connecting each inhale and exhale to a movement or moment this class moves the body, the mind and the spirit. It is a challenging practice which moves through all levels of poses (asanas) that builds endurance, strength and flexibility. A good workout that encourages cardiovascular and circulatory systems while massaging internal organs and stimulating the nervous system. Haha Flow Yoga brings balance to the body, regulation to appetite, mood and sleep.
Hot Yoga
Practiced in a hot room, Hot Yoga incorporates elements from Hatha, Ashtanga and Power Yoga to build inner strength and stability. Moving through poses (asanas) this practice creates a place for the minds and body to revitalize and heal. A good workout that encourages cardiovascular and circulatory systems while massaging internal organs and stimulating the nervous system. Hot Yoga brings balance to the body, regulation to appetite, mood and sleep.
Chair Yoga
This class is for you if you have to, little or some yoga experience and would benefit from the support of a prop (chair) in the practice. This class geared towards all ages and a great class to take if you are just learning to practice yoga or have mobility restrictions or difficulty with balance.
Yoga Basics
This class is for complete beginners or those wanting to get back to the basics of yoga. An alignment based practice that guides students through traditional poses (asanas) of yoga.
Chakra Yoga
Chakras are energy centres in the body which energy flows through. There are 7 Chakras in the body. Chakra yoga brings and emphasis on aligning the body and opening the heart.
