Our studio dedicates a positive environment free of judgment for our students to practice, meditate and release. Please respect the space by lending a calm clear atmosphere before and after class by removing shoes at the door, keeping the practice areas clear & turning off cell phones. We provide lockers by the bathrooms to store your personal belongings.

Need a Mat? |
~ You will need a mat, reusable water bottle, and comfortable clothes. If attending a heated class you may want a towel and clothes that you are comfortable sweating in!
~ Show up 15 minutes before class to get situated and speak with the teacher if you have any questions. ~ Sign in at the desk before going into the practice room. ~You can pre-register for classes by Mind Body Online (MBO) account. sign up here. |
Don't worry if you do not yet have a yoga mat or if you forget yours at home. We have community studio mats to lend out. We only ask that you clean them after practice and hang them to dry on our drying rack in the studio. We provide a natural mat cleaner made with essential oils.
***For those taking Hot Yoga we request that you bring your own mat for hygienic reasons. To Eat or Not to Eat?It is not suggested to show up to class after a full meal, however it is not recommended to practice on an empty stomach. Come to class nourished and well hydrated.
